JAKARTA – SEJUMLAH Tokoh Aceh yang tergabung dalam Gerakan Masyarakat Aceh Serantau (GEMES) memberikan dukungan kepada Calon Presiden dan Cawapres Prabowo-Sandi. Deklarasi yang diisi dengna diskusi bertema *Memenangkan hati dan Ekonomi Masyarakat Aceh melalui Pemenangan Prabowo-Sandi pada Pilpres 2019″ ini disampaikan di Seknas Prabowo-Sandi Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto No. 93, Menteng Jakarta Pusat dan dihadiri ratusan warga Aceh yang datang dari wilayah Jabodetabek.
Para tokoh Aceh yang hadir yaitu Prof. Dr. Nazaruddin Sjamsuddin, MA, akademisi, dan mantan Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), Tengku Ansufri Idrus Sambo (Ustadz Sambo), Dr. Hilmi Bakar, pakar ekonomi dan pakar islam kontemporer, Mayjend (Purn) TNI Soenarko, mantan Danjen Kopassus, dan akademisi DR. TB. Massa Djafar.
“Satu juta warga Aceh yang berada di Jabodetabek siap untuk memenangkan pasangan Prabowo-Sandi pada Pilpres Rabu 17 April 2019. Di luar negeri, di Malaysia, New York, Timur Tengah dan negara lain, kami siap galang untuk memenangkan Prabowo-Sandi,” ujar Ketua GEMES, Tengku Sanusi Maulana, di Jakarta, Minggu (17/3/2019).
Sanusi menjelaskan, kalau masyarakat Aceh sudah menyatakan sikap berarti negara dalam keadaan yang memprihatinkan. Perbaikan kondisi negara dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan ini hanya dimungkinkan jika Prabowo-Sandi memimpin Indonesia.
GEMES mengakui perjalanan Republik Indonesia dalam usia 70 Tahun, banyak kemajuan yang sudah kita capai. Namun dibandingkan dengan kemajuan yang telah dicapai oleh negara-negara dunia ketiga, seperti Korea Selatan, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand belum sebanding. Hal ini disebabkan karena kekayaan sumber daya bumi nusantara ini sangat melimpah. Mestinya Indonesia bisa lebih maju berbanding negara-negara lain.
Tengku Maulana mengatakan, kendala yang menghadang, sebagai kendala percepatan pembangunan yang meliputi bidang sosial ekonomi, politik pemerintahan, mental ideologi, kebudayaan, pertahanan keamanan dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Teknolgi, diperlukan seorang pemimpin, Presiden yang memiliki leadership yang visioner, berintegritas, memiliki kapasitas, komitmen kebangsaan, patriotik, berani mengambil keputusan, melindungi rakyat, bumi dan tumpah air, adalah kunci dari keberhasilan pembangunan Indonesia ke depan yang lebih adil dan sejahtera.
Dalam upaya mewujudkan cita-cita luhur itu serta dalam upaya memperkuat fondasi pembangunan bangsa Indonesia, GEMES menyampaikan pemikiran dan aspirasi sebagai dasar pemberian dukungan kepada calon presiden dan wakil presiden Prabowo-Sandi agar memberikan perhatian kepada beberapa masalah sebagai berikut.
Pertama, meletakkan nilai dasar pembangunan secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan yang menguatkan aspek spiritual dan material sebagai pengamalan Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Tidak mempertentangkan Islam dan Negara, serta menempatkan ulama sebagai rujukan dalam kebijakan pembangunan nasional.
Kedua, karena itu, akomodasi dan adopsi nilai-nilai syariah islam dalam pelembagaan dan program pembangun dipandang sebagai pengewejatahan keadilan serta penguatan fondasi sosial, ekonomi dan budaya sebagai basis nilai integrasi nasional.
Ketiga, secara kontinyu dan konsisten, bahwa Konsensus dan pelembagaan politik UU Pemerintah Aceh dijadikan sebagai modal bangsa merawat integrasi nasional, bukan sebaliknya secara sistematik memperlemah implementasi UU Pemerintah Aceh.
Keempat, pembangunan ekonomi, kebijakan strategis yang harus ditempuh pemerintah Prabowo Sandi, adanya upaya serius, redistribusi aset ekonomi kepada pelaku ekonomi pribumi dan sosial menengah bawah sebagai kunci pemerataan pembangunan ekonomi penyerapan lapangan kerja serta dunia usaha, baik level nasional, maupun aceh pada khususnya.
Kelima, dalam upaya memperkuat kepemimpinan nasional dan integrasi bangsa, dalam rekrutmen politik dan pejabat publik mempertimbangkan aspek keterwakilan masuknya putra-putra aceh terbaik, kompeten, kapabel dan berintegritas.
Keenam, dalam rangka memperkuat pertahanan negara, kedaulatan Indonesia, disiplin nasional, semangat patriotisme agar diberlakukan wajib militer yang bisa dimulai dari Daerah Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, sebagai daerah modal guna memperkuat kehormatan bangsa.
Berdasarkan pemikiran dan aspirasi Gerakan masyarakat aceh serantau yang kami sampaikan tersebut diatas, Ketua GEMES Tengku Maulana menitipkan pemikiran dan aspirasi kepada pemerintahan Prabowo Sandi, tanpa mendahului taqdir Allah sebagai berikut:
Pertama, kami berkeyakinan bahwa pasangan Prabowo-Sandi mampu dan mempunyai komitmen besar untuk merealisasikan pemikiran dan aspirasi tersebut.
Kedua, atas dasar pemikiran dan keyakinan tersebut, maka dengan mengharapkan rahmat dan ridho Allah Swt, kami dengan sepenuh hati mendukung dan bekerja keras bersama segenap masyarakat aceh serantau untuk memenangkan Prabowo Sandi terpilih menjadi Presiden dan Wakil Presiden periode 2019-2024.
