JAKARTA – Anies R. Baswedan memberi apresiasi kepada keluarga Edi Kusuma dan para tokoh masyarakat di Pluit, Jakarta Barat yang telah menjadikan rumahnya sebagai simpul silaturahmi setiap tahunnya.
“Dengan tiap tahun dijadikan tempat silaturahmi maka akan menjadi kebiasaan yang baik yang akan diturunkan kepada generasi berikut sebagau tradisi dan lama kelamaan menjadi kebudayaan,” ujar Anies ketika hadir di rumah Edi Kusuma, Jakarta, Minggu (10/2/2019) .
Pernyataan Gubernur DKI Jakarta itu disampaikan ketika memenuhi undangan Edi Kusuma dalam syukuran Imlek. Hadir mendampingi Anies, Lurah dan Camat setempat.
Anies mengatakan, simpul silaturahmi ini mempertemukan semua unsur masyarakat dari mana saja didalam semangat untuk kita membangun Indonesian menjadi lebih baik.
Dikatakannya, dalam bertugas pun bukan saja kita membicarakan tentang kesetaraan bagi semuanya, kita juga masukkan faktor latar belakang identitas. Misalnya, tanpa kita sadari sering waktu musim mudik terus ke Jakarta, dulu kan biasa ada operasi bagi para pemudik. Padahal, sebagai warga negara, siapapun bebas untuk datang ke ibukota asalkan ada skill dan keahlian untuk hidup di Jakarta.
“Pasti hampir semua yang ada diruangan ini adalah orang yang pernah pindah ke Jakarta. Jadi,mengapa kita harus menghalangi untuk datang ke Ibu Kota sebagai mana orang tua kita dulu pernah berpindah,” papar Anies.
Dia mengharapkan, yang penting ketika pindah ke Jakarta jangan lupa memiliki BPJS supaya ketika sakit gak usah repot-repot. Setiap warga negara Indonesia memiliki hak kerja yg sama di kota manapun . “Saya mengharapkan, tempat ini menjadi lambang kebhinekaan dan persatuan kita semuanya khususnya bagi warga di sekitar sini,” pungkas Anies.
Pada kesempatan itu, Edi mengatakan rasa hornatnya kepada Bapak Anis Baswedan Gubernur DKI Jakarta. “Atas nama pribadi, keluarga, dan masyarakat kelurahan Pluit, saya mengucapkan selamat datang pak Gubernur dikediaman saya,” ujar Edi.
Edi menjelaskan, kehadiran Anies ini merupakan kali keduanya ke rumah saya sebagai gubernur. Kedatangan Pak Anies ini menunjukan beliau sebagai gubernur yang memperhatikan rakyatnya di Jakarta tanpa membeda-bedakan antara agama, ras, suku,” bebernya.
Dia menambahkan, sejak 15 tahun terakhir open house perayaan Imlek di rumahnya sudah didatangi mulai dari Gubernur Tjokro Pranolo, Fauzi Bowo, Ahok lalu Pak Anis. (Lutfi)
