JOMBANG – MENINDAKLANJUTI laporan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Aliansi Pengawas Anggaran dan Aset Nasional Indonesia terhadap Program Percepatan Peningkatan Tata Guna Air Irigasi (P3 TGAI) Desa Barongsawahan Aspirasi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) ditanggapi oleh Achmad Hidayat sebagai Tenaga Ahli DPR RI Dari Henky Kurniadi.

“Laporan itu salah alamat, dan terkesan cari-cari, karena program sudah diawasi oleh Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Brantas bersama Tim Pengawalan, Pengamanan Pemerintah, Pembangunan Pusat-Daerah Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur (TP4D Kejati Jatim) sehingga clear, buktinya juga tidak ada, pungkas Achmad dalam keterangan tertulisnya. Senin, (21/01/2019).

Achmad menjelaskan, memang ada laporan itu ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Jombang, sehingga dirinya hingga Kepala Desa (Kades) dan Himpunan Petani Pemakai Air (HIPPA) sudah mendatangi Kantor Kejari untuk klarifikasinya dan hasilnya “clear”.

Lanjut Achmad mengungkapkan, supaya tidak ada oknum yang berusaha mencari keuntungan maupun memperkeruh suasana dalam tahun politik, selain itu juga mengajak supaya pelapor beradu data.

“Apabila tuduhannya tidak terbukti, kami tuntut balik karena memberikan informasi Palsu, imbuhnya.

Tambah Achmad, dirinya mengingatkan bahwa, semua berupaya keras serta berkomitmen agar program pemerintah melalui aspirasi DPR RI, dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik berdasar petunjuk pelaksanaan dan petunjuk teknis (juklak juknis), Selain itu juga mengawasi secara optimal baik capaian fisik maupun kelengkapan administrasinya, tegasnya.
