JAKARTA – PDI Perjuangan menegaskan Ustadz Abu Bakar Baa’syir harus setia kepada Pancasila apabila akan dibebaskan dari sisa hukumannya. Apabila pemimpin Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia (MMI) itu tidak mau mempunyai komitmen yang kuat terhadap NKRI, Sekjen DPP PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto mempersilakan untuk menjadi warga negara lain. Jadi PDI Perjuangan sangat kokoh di dalam menjalankan perintah konstitusi itu. Seluruh warga negara Indonesia wajib untuk taat dan setia kepada Pancasila dan NKRI, kata Hasto Kristiyanto di sela Safari Kebangsaan V di Jakarta, Ahad (20/1/2019). Terkait perkataan pengacara Yusril Ihza Mahendra yang menyebut Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) tetap akan membebaskan Baasyir, hal itu masih harus dibicarakan sebagai hal yang bersifat fundamental. Apalagi Pancasila sudah disepakati bersama sebagai idelogi bangsa dan NKRI menjadi harga mati setelah melalui pengalaman negara serikat yang malah memperlemah sendi-sendi persatuan Indonesia. Untuk tudingan sejumlah pihak kebijakan itu bersifat politis, menurut Hasto, kebijakan itu tidak terkait elektoral, melainkan kemanusiaan, sehingga jika syarat-syarat bebas tidak terpenuhi, maka jalan kemanusiaan masih dapat dijalankan tanpa melalui pembebasan. Misalnya melalui fasilitas-fasilitas untuk berobat, perawatan yang baik sehingga aspek kemanusian betul-betul ditunaikan oleh negara, kata Hasto. Namun, ia mengaku memahami kebijakan Presiden Jokowi dan tetap berpihak pada presiden dan para menteri yang dibatasi oleh konstitusi. Sebelumnya, saat mengunjungi Lapas Gunung Sindur Bogor pada Jumat (18/1/2019), Yusril menyebut Abu Bakar Baasyir mengatakan keengganannya untuk mendatangani surat setia pada Pancasila. Pak Yusril saya kalau disuruh bebas bersyarat suruh tanda tangani setia pada Pancasila saya tidak akan tanda tangani. Saya hanya setia kepada Allah saya hanya patuh pada Allah, dan saya tidak akan patuh pada selain itu, kata Yusril merujuk pada pernyataan Abu Bakar Baasyir. Selanjutnya Yusril menyampaikan hal tersebut dan mengusulkan pada Presiden Jokowi untuk melunakkan syarat itu. Presiden pun meminta agar Ketua Umum Partai Bulan Bintang ini berkoordinasi dengan Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasonna H Laoly dan Kapolri Jenderal Pol Tito Karnavian. (Antara).
