CISARUA – SEBAGAI salah satu unsur masyarakat sipil yang terorganisir dengan sangat baik, organisasi kemasyarakatan (Ormas) diharapkan bisa berpartisipasi dalam memelihara menjaga dan memperkuat persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa sekaligus mampu membantu pemerintah dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat tanpa ada sangkut pautnya dengan upaya mencari keuntungan atau non profit atau dalam rangka menggalang kekuatan kekuasaan politik.
Harapan itu disampaikan Kasubdit Ormas kepada redaksi di sela-sela kegiatan “Peningkatan Peran Organisasi Kemasyarakatan dalam Pembangunan Angkatan VIII,” di hotel Griya Astuti, Cisarua Bogor Jawa Barat. Senin (12/11/2018)/
Eliazer menjelaskan, tujuannya mengumpulkan 90 orang yang terdiri dari para pengurus atau 35 organisasi kemasyarakatan provinsi Jakarta ini maksud dan tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk mengoptimalkan peran pemuda dan fungsi ormas atau organisasi kemasyarakatan sebagai Mitra pemerintah dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan pembangunan Jakarta.
Selain itu, lanjutnya, guna membahas permasalahan aktual dan peningkatan pemahaman tentang peraturan perundang-undangan terkait hormat atau organisasi kemasyarakatan.
“Serta untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia atau SDM pengurus atau anggota organisasi kemasyarakatan secara optimal sehingga mampu mengembangkan dan memberdayakan potensi yang dimiliki organisasi,” papar pria yang dikenal akrab dengan ormas di Jakarta ini.
Dia menjelaskan, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dimulai hari Senin . sampai dengan Kamis, 12-15 November 2018. Adapun Narasumber dalam kegiatan ini merupakan orang-orang yang berkepentingan di bidangnya yaitu AKBP.Titiek H.Valentibe,SH,MM (BIK Mabes Polri), “Peran serta Organisasi Kemasyarakatan dalam Menjaga Kamtibmas di Jakarta,” Kejaksaan tinggi DKI Jakarta, mengulas “Peningkatan Kesadaran Hukum Masyarakat DKI Jakarta,” Ir.Hamry Gusman Zakaria,MM (motivator Indonesia), bahas ”Mewujudkan semangat Berintegritas Bekerja Keras dan Berjiwa Gotong Royong dalam Perspektif Revolusi Mental.”
Selain itu, kata Eli, juga ada Hadisaja (motivator), berbicara “Memiliki Pribadi Unggul Kuat dan Berkualitas dalam Ormas yang Berkontribusi bagi Pembangunan,” dan Robby Habibie (Profesional), membahas “Membangun Komunikasi Kerjasama dan Kendali Organisasi dalam Mencapai Tujuan” serta Andi Sonjaya (Sosiologi), ”Kepemimpinan Kerjasama Membangun Strategi Kendali dan Komunikasi dalam Mencapai Tujuan).
