JAKARTA – PROFESI  hukum sampai saat ini masih menempati salah satu posisi yang terbaik dalam hal perolehan pendapatan.

Salah satu, profesi yang berkaitan dengan hukum yaitu paralegal atau biasa dikenal dengan sebutan asisten pengacara. Paralegal didefinisikan sebagai orang yang melakukan pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan hukum, namun ia tidak mempunyai kualifikasi sebagai praktisi hukum. Jadi, ia bisa berlata pendidikan apapaun di luar hukum. Tugas paralegal umumnya adalah membantu advokat atau pengacara.

“Masalah yang ada di masyarakat dari mulai PHK sefihak, pertanahan hingga perceraian memerlukan banyak tenaga pendampingan,” ujar Pemred Monasnews.com, Zulfikri D Jacub di Jakarta, Senin (23/7/2018).

Menurut Zul,  pelatihan tenaga para legal untuk publik minimal pendidikan SMU Sederajat ini merupakan pelatihan long term periode atau jangka panjang. Ini berarti, semua orang yang ikut pelatihan ini akan dibimbing untuk paham mengenali dunia hukum dari kasus yanga ditangani pengacara di mana ia akan menjadi asistennya. (learn by doing).

“Jadi, yang ikut pelatihan ini akan belajar dari kasus. Ini ilmu praktis yang siapapun tidak akan dapatkan dari bangku kuliah,” papar Zul.

Pemred Monasnews.com ini mengharapkan, dengan mengikuti pelatihan ini bisa membantu pemerintah untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja di masyarakat.

Pelatihan ini merupakan kerjabareng antara media online Monasnews.com dengan Kantor Pengacara Toni, SH & Partner. Pelatihan ini bukan pelatihan di dalam kelas tetapi pelatihan langsung dari kasus yang anda dapatkan. Contohnya, anda menerima kasus PHK Sefihak, maka materi yang akan anda dapatkan yaitu seputar permasalahan PHK. Karena itu, tiap orang akan mempelajari kasus yang beda.

“Sudah banyak paralegal yang dididik di kami berhasil mendapatkan income jauh di atas rata-rata gaji UMR di Jakarta,” papar Zul.
