Prabowo: Ada Indikasi Kejanggalan dalam Pilgub Jateng

JAKARTA – Ketua Umum Partai Gerindra Prabowo Subianto menyebut ada indikasi kejanggalan dalam pemilihan gubernur (pilgub) Jawa Tengah, 27 Juni lalu. Indikasi kejanggalan tersebut yakni ditemukannya sekitar 3,7 juta nama daftar pemilih tetap (DPT) yang meragukan.

Hal itu disampaikan Prabowo usai mendapat laporan dari Calon Gubernur Jawa Tengah yang diusung Partai Gerindra, PKB, PAN, PKS Sudirman Said. Sudirman Said diketahui mendatangi kediaman Prabowo di Kertanegara, Kebayoran Baru, untuk melaporkan perkembangan hasil Pilkada Gubernur Jateng.

“Kita prihatin karena ada indikasi kejanggalan-kejanggalan dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan tersebut. Ternyata kita menemukan daftar pemilih tetap (DPT) ada 3 juta nama lebih, kalau tidak salah mendekati 3,7 juta nama yg meragukan,” ujar Prabowo di kediamannya di Kertanegara, Kebayoran Baru, Jumat (6/7) malam.

Menurutnya, jumlah 3 juta lebih pemilih tersebut bisa sangat mempengaruhi jalannya pemilihan mengingat jumlah tersebut lebih dari 10 persen suara total pemilih di Jawa Tengah sebanyak 27 juta.

“Lebih dari 10 persen nama yang diragukan ini menurut kami sangat mengkhawatirkan ya, sangat mengkhawatirkan demokrasi. Jawa Tengah adalah provinsi yang sangat besar, Sehingga nanti ada yang bertanya untuk apa kita ikut serta dalam proses yang sudah diatur seperti ini,” kata Prabowo.

Karena itu lanjut Prabowo, saat ini partainya melalui tim legal Partai Gerindra akan mempelajari semua temuan dan bahan terkait kejanggalan tersebut. Nantinya hasil kajian tim legal tersebut akan menentukan langkah Partai Gerindra selanjutnya.

Termasuk mempertimbangkan untuk mengajukan sengketa Pilkada ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK). “Kita akan pelajari semua bahan-bahan untuk kami menentukan langkah-langkah selanjutnya apakah akan menggugat ke MK dan seterusnya,” ujar Prabowo.

Sementara, Sudirman Said menyebut ada enam isu kecurangan yang ia temukan di Pilkada Jateng. Pertama soal DPT bermasalah yakni ditemukan KTP ganda hingga nama yang tidak jelas.

“Itu kalau direview, kabupaten kota, potensinya bisa sampai 3,7 juta. Dan tadi pak Prabowo mengatakan hampir sama dengn selisih nomor 1 dan nomor 2,” ungkapnya.

Kedua lanjut Sudirman, minimnya alat peraga kampanye lantaran KPU berulangkali gagal melakukan lelang. Sudirman juga melaporkan soal deskriminasi yang dilakukan aparat dalam mengamankan pasangan calon.  Ketiga ujar Sudirman perlakuan aparat pengawas maupun keamanan yang  menunjukkan ketidakseimbangan kepada pasangan calon nomor urut dua itu.

“Keempat tadi soal suara. Dugaan money politic dimana mana meskipun problematik karena tidak semua yang mengalami mau bersaksi,” ujarnya.

Selanjutnya, temuan terakhir terkait dengan upaya yang dilakukan pihak tertentu untuk menggoyahkan saksi dari pasangan Sudirman-Ida Fauziah jelang hari pencoblosan.  Karena itu, lanjut Mantan Menteri Energi Sumber Daya Mineral itu mengatakan, atas temuan-temuan ini, tim hukum akan mengkaji syarat-syarat pengajuan sengketa Pilkada sekaligus mengumpulkan bukti guna langkah hukum selanjutnya.

“Kalau memenuhi untuk menempuh jalur hukum ya kita tempuh. Tapi yang paling penting adalah kita himpun bukti-bukti,” ujar Sudirman.(Republika.com)
