JAKARTA – PASCA  reformasi 1998 kita telah memiliki banyak regulasi baru, pelaku politik baru dan tentunya situasi politik yang baru, ini fakta dalam dinamika politik kekinian. Tetapi ada sementara pihak balik bertanya kenapa perilaku politik yang dipertontonkan tidak sejalan dengan semangat kebaruan yang sesuai nilai’nilai kebangsaan, Pancasila? Pertanyaan ini menjadi poin-poin yang sering muncul saat sesi tanya jawab dalam.kegiatan pendidikan politik.

Bagi saya sederhana saja berpikirnya tidak perlu berdebat untuk menjawabnya, Jadikan Pancasila titik temu bicara bangsa dan negara, sehingga nilai Pancasila ada pada perilaku berbangsa. Tinggi rendahnya nilai Pancasila itu dilihat dari konsistensi moral politik WNI dalam proses berbangsa. Artinya semakin baik perilaku politik WNI dalam berbangsa maka semakin terlihat nilai Pancasila, sebaliknya jika nilai pancasila diabaikan dalam berbangsa maka terjadi demoralisasi politik kebangsaan.

Moral politik tergantung komitmen terhadap nilai kebangsaan. Contoh sederhana distorsi perilaku politik, jika ada WNI yang mengaku cinta NKRI dan menghormati nilai kebersamaan dalam kebhinekaan tetapi dalam perilaku (berbangsa) cenderung penonjolan “ego kelompok dan golongan”, indikatornya terlihat pada pernyataan antara lain ; @ Kami saja yang benar yang lain salah, @Kami yang hebat kalian belum apa-apa @Jangan pilih si X , karena si X bukan kita (misal saat kampanye) @Dan lainnya bentuk perilaku yang tidak berpihak pada semangat persatuan Indonesia (nilai sila ke 3 dari Pancasila).

Dengan contoh nyata ini, telihat ada pihak yang bicara persatuan tetapi wujud perilaku berbangsanya belum “bernilai” sejalan nilai Pancasila. Sebagai catatan saja bahwa perilaku politik kebangsaan agar bernilai tinggi tidak harus sekolahnya tinggi dengan banyak gelar akademisnya serta status sosial yang tinggi, melainkan hanya ditentukan oleh “kesadaran akan pentingnya nilai Pancasila dalam proses berbangsa dan bernegara”.

Tulisan ini lebih menekankan pada semangat menciptakan harmoni kebangsaan dan mengajak kita semua berkomitmen akan nilai persatuan Indonesia terutama di saat kita menghadapi pilihan berbeda (contoh pada PILKADA 2018 dan PEMILU 2019), pilihan boleh beda tetapi tetap jaga nilai persatuan Indonesia

Dalam kompetisi politik di alam demokrasi, dibutuhkan kedewasaan politik (mampu menempatkan kepentingan bangsa di atas kepentingan pribadi dan kelompok) serta berpikir proporsional dalam koridor kebangsaan. Meski demikian, Pancasila itu tidak menutup kreasi budaya WNI secara mikro kelompok atau golongannya, tetapi ketika masuk dalam ranah atau nuansa makro kebangsaan, perilaku politik WNI harus pada Pancasila sebagai konsep nilai yang disepakati (konsensus) berbangsa sehingga bersinerji dalam harmoni kebangsaan. Inilah beberapa uraian singkat melihat nilai Pancasila dalam implementasi berbangsa, penekanannya bahwa selagi kita masih orang Indonesia, jangan bosan bicara Pancasila, karena itulah nilai titik temu jika bicara perilaku berbangsa dan bernegara.
