Tolak Aturan 1 NIK 3 Simcard, 5 Ribuan Massa KNCI Bakal Demo Kantor Kominfo

Sekitar 5 ribuan orang akan menggelar aksi unjuk rasa ke Kementrian Kominfo dan Istana Negara, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (2/4/2018). Massa yang mengatasnamakan diri sebagai
Kesatuan Niaga Celuller Indonesia (KNCI) menolak menolak Aturan 1 NIK 3 Simcard.

Ketua KNCI Qutni Tiysari mengatakan massa akan berkumpul di lahan parkir di IRTI Monas untuk kemudian long march menuju kantor Kominfo dan Istana Negara, tempat berkantornya Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi). Alasan massa KNCI menggelar aksi unjuk rasa, kata Qurtni, karena dengan adanya aturan 1 NIK 3 Simcard tersebut menjadi ancaman bagi pendapatan outlet menurun drastis bahkan outlet terancam dit

“Karena pendapatan outlet lebih signifikan dari kartu perdana, dengan pembatasan, maka dipastikan dalam beberapa bulan ke-depan, outlet akan tutup dan tergusur dari pasar seluler Indonesia” kata Qutni melalui keterangan tertulisnya, Minggu (1/4/2018).

Menurut Qutni, pemerintah harusnya berpikir panjang lebar sebelum menerapkan aturan pembatasan tersebut. KNCI menuntut Pemerintah segera hapuskan aturan pembatasan 1 NIK 3 Simcard.

“Hapuskan Aturan Pembatasan 1 NIK 3 simcard dan Pemerintah harus berani menjaminan keamanan data masyarakat” katanya

KNCI meminta Menkominfo bertanggung jawab karena telah membohongi outlet melalui keputusan Dirjen PPI.

“Menkominfo harus bertanggungjawab karena telah “membohongi” outlet melalui keputusan Dirjen PPI yang disampaikan secara terbuka dihadapan seluruh stakeholder telekomunikasi seluler pada 07 November 2017” ujarnya

Dalam tuntutannya, KNCI juga memohon kepada Presiden Jokowi agar turut serta menyelesaikan dan memenuhi permintaan KNCI.
