Nama tersangka kasus korupsi kondensat, Honggo Wendratno, masuk daftar pencarian orang (DPO) di Bareskrim Polri. Polisi berharap masyarakat yang mengetahui keberadaan Honggo segera melapor ke kantor polisi.
“Bareskrim Polri keluarkan daftar pencarian orang untuk tersangka Honggo,” kata Kasubdit III TPPU Money Laundry, Bareskrim Polri, Kombes Djamaluddin kepada , Jumat (26/1/2018).
DPO Honggo diterbitkan dengan Nomor B/04/1/2018/Dit Tipideksus pada hari ini. Berkas DPO ditandatangani Wadir Tipideksus Bareskrim Polri Kombes Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga.
“Dimohon bantuan masyarakat apabila mengetahui tersangka agar segera melapor ke kantor polisi terdekat,” ujar Djamal.
Sebelum menerbitkan DPO, Djamal bersama timnya menggeledah tiga rumah milik Honggo di daerah Pakubuwono, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (24/1).
Penyidik menggeledah satu rumah mewah yang sebelumnya ditinggali Honggo beserta keluarga dan kini ditinggali dua asisten rumah tangga, kemudian dua rumah tua yang ditinggali anak buah Honggo.
Djamal saat itu mengatakan hasil penggeledahan berupa dokumen-dokumen dan nomor ponsel. Pantauan detikcom di lokasi, dokumen yang disita antara lain surat-surat yang dikirim ke alamat tempat tinggal Honggo.
Polisi juga sempat menanyakan Honggo kepada asisten rumah tangga, petugas satpam rumah, dan ketua RW setempat.
Honggo menghilang saat polisi hendak menyerahkan dia beserta dua tersangka kasus korupsi kondensat lainnya ke Kejaksaan Agung. Dia tak kunjung datang ke Bareskrim meski sudah tiga kali dilayangkan surat panggilan untuk pelimpahan perkara tahap II.
Para tersangka korupsi kondensat memang tak ditahan selama berstatus tersangka oleh kepolisian. Namun tersangka lainnya eks Kepala BP Migas Raden Priyono serta eks Deputi Finansial Ekonomi dan Pemasaran BP Migas Djoko Harsono memenuhi panggilan saat hendak dijadikan tahanan kejaksaan.
Kabar terakhir yang diketahui polisi, Honggo berada di Singapura untuk berobat. Namun setelah dicek ke alamat rumah dan kantornya di Singapura, polisi tak mendapati mantan Dirut PT TPPI tersebut.
Dalam kasus ini, Honggo dan tersangka lainnya dijerat Pasal 2 atau Pasal 3 Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 31/1999 sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 20/2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.(Lutfi/Faktakini).
