Mataram – Tim Penyidik Kepolisian Resor Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat, menetapkan dua tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) SMKN 1 Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Mataram AKP Kiki Firmansyah Efendi di Mataram, Sabtu, mengatakan, dua tersangka yang ditetapkan dalam dugaan korupsi dana BOS tahun anggaran 2014/2015 ini adalah kepala sekolah dengan inisial MA dan NH, bendaharanya.
“Keduanya ditetapkan sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab karena diduga telah menyalahgunakan kewenangannya hingga mengakibatkan muncul kerugian negara,” kata Kiki.
Menurut hasil perhitungan tim audit Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) NTB yang telah diterima penyidik, nilai kerugian negara mencapai angka Rp316 juta dari Rp1,9 miliar yang telah dianggarkan pemerintah.
“Karena ada nilai ini makanya kita gelar dan lakukan penetapan tersangka,” ucap perwira yang pernah menjabat sebagai Kapolsek Senggigi ini.
Sehingga dalam berkas perkaranya, kedua tersangka disangkakan dengan Pasal 2 dan atau Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 20/2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31/1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.
Dijelaskan bahwa dalam proses penanganannya, penyidik lebih dahulu menetapkan MA sebagai tersangka. Kemudian dari hasil pengembangannya, penyidik menemukan peran dan keterlibatan bendahara.
Karena itu Kiki menjelaskan bahwa dalam proses penanganan kasus dugaan korupsi dana BOS di SMKN 1 Narmada yang dimulai sejak dilaporkan pada Juli 2016, pihaknya masih berupaya untuk merampungkan berkas perkara milik kedua tersangka untuk tahap selanjutnya yakni pelimpahan ke jaksa peneliti.
“Kita rampungkan dulu, baru bisa kita agendakan pelimpahan berkasnya ke jaksa,” kata Kiki.
Dalam penetapannya, penyidik dikatakan tidak melakukan penahanan. Selain karena alasan kooperatif tersangka, peran keduanya sebagai pejabat struktural di SMKN 1 Narmada, masih dibutuhkan pihak sekolah.
“Karena pertimbangan jabatannya, penyidik memberikan keringanan dengan tidak melakukan penahanan,” ucapnya.(Lutfi/Ant).
