Pekanbaru – Ketua MPR RI Zilkifli Hasan berpandangan bahwa bangsa Indonesia saat ini menghadapi tiga persoalan serius yang harus segera diselesaikan, karena jika dibiarkan berkepanjangan dapat mengarah pada pembelahan masyarakat dan berpotensi terjadi kekacauan.
“Ketiga persoalan tersebut adalah, kesenjangan ekonomi, kesenjangan politik, serta ketidakpercayaan sosial,” kata Zulkifli Hasan, pada acara adat Majelis Tepuk Tepung Tawar, di Balai Adat Melayu Riau, Pekanbaru, Sabtu.
Hadir pada acara tersebut antara lain, Forum Pimpinan Daerah Provinsi Riau, para petinggi adat Melayu Riau, serta perwakilan masyarakat adat Riau.
Pada acara adat tersebut, Zulkifli Hasan sebagai salah satu pemimpin nasional mendapat kehormatan menjalani prosesi upacara adat Tepuk Tepung Tawar.
Menurut Zulkifli Hasan, setelah era reformasi dan dilakukan empat kali amandemen UUD 1945 ada banyak perubahan yang terjadi di tengah bangsa Indonesia, baik secara kelembagaan maupun nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.
“Amandemen UUD 1945 menghapus GBHN (Garis Garis Besar Haluan Negara) serta kelembagaan dan pelajaran tentang Pancasila,” katanya.
Dia mencontohkan, Reformasi menghapus lembaga Badan Pembinaan Pendidikan Pelaksanaan Pedoman Penghayatan dan Pengamalan Pancasila (BP7), mata pelajaran Pendidikan Moral Pancasila (PMP), serta pendidikan Pancasila lainnya.
Didasari atau tidak, menurut dia, kemudian terjadi pergeseran nilai-nilai moral di tengah masyarakat Indonesia, seperti masyarakat yang ramah dan gotong-royong menjadi masyarakat yang individual dan mudah emosi, masyarakat yang dulu merasa aib jika berselingkuh tapi saat ini biasa saja.
“Bahkan, masyakat saat ini tidak hanya selingkuh antara pria dan wanita, tapi selingkuh dengan sesama jenis,” katanya.
Menurut Zulkifli, dampak persegeran nilai-nilai moral di tengah masyarakat yang berkepanjangan, menimbulkan tiga persoalan serius, yakni kesenjangan ekonomi, kesenjangan politik, serta ketidakpercayaan sosial.
Zulkifli menegaskan, ketiga persoalan tersebut jika tidak segera diatasi dapat mengarah pada pembelahan masyarakat dan terjadi situasi “chaos” atau kekecauan.
“Ketiga hal ini yang perlu menjadi pekerjaan rumah para pemimpin bangsa untuk segera menegatasinya,” katanya.
Dia menambahkan, MPR RI mendapatkan tugas untuk melakukan sosialisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila yang diberi nama Sosialisasi Empat Pilar.(Lutfi/Ant).
