KLATEN,JAWA TENGAH-Direktur Eksekutif Respublica Political Institute (RPI) Benny Sabdo mendorong Presiden Jokowi segera melakukan perombakan kabinet. Pasca mundurnya Menteri Sosial Khofifah Indar Parawansa, momentum yang tepat untuk mengocok ulang Kabinet Kerja, ungkap Benny di Kota Pelajar Yogyakarta, Jumat, 12 Januari 2018.

Pengajar Ilmu Hukum Kampus Merah-Putih Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta ini menegaskan Presiden Jokowi harus konsisten melaksanakan amanat konstitusi. Perombakan kabinet adalah mutlak hak prerogatif presiden. Jadi harus obyektif, tanpa ada intervensi partai politik, ungkapnya. Ia mengingatkan kepada Jokowi agar segera melakukan konsolidasi politik menjelang pemilu 2019. Pertarungan politik 2019 besok akan berlangsung lebih keras dan kejam. Jadi segala kekuatan politik harus segera dikalkulasi, jika tidak akan kedodoran, tandasnya.

Benny menyoroti kinerja Kabinet Kerja. Misalnya, menteri-menteri yang performanya minimalis agar dicopot. Ia menyebut seperti menteri BUMN, masih banyak perusahaan plat merah yang merugi padahal sudah disubsidi. Ia menyesalkan kekalahan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan dalam perkara gugatan pembakaran hutan sebesar 20 ribu hektare oleh PT Bumi Mekar Hijau (BMH). Kekalahan ini merupakan pukulan telak sekaligus mempertanyakan komitmen politik lingkungan pemerintah, kritik alumnus Program Pascasarjana Fakultas Hukum UI itu.

Ia juga menyarankan Jokowi mendisiplinkan partai-partai pendukungnya. Misalnya, partai pendukung pemerintah yang sering mbalelo dan tidak mendukung kebijakan pemerintah agar dikeluarkan dari Kabinet, tegasnya. Selain itu, termasuk menteri yang rangkap jabatan. Jokowi harus konsisten dengan komitmennya, jika menteri tidak boleh merangkap sebagai ketua umum partai.

Selain itu, Benny mengapresiasi Menteri Dalam Negeri yang telah memperjuangkan perppu ormas hingga menjadi undang-undang. Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral yang telah merealisasikan BBM satu harga. Separo Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak disumbangkan oleh Kementerian ESDM sebesar Rp 129,07 triliun dari total PNBP 2017 sebesar Rp 260 triliun, paparnya. Kementerian Luar Negeri juga memiliki prestasi dalam menggalang dukungan bagi kemerdekaan Palestina di dunia internasional.

The last but not least, Benny menyampaikan Jokowi harus kokoh dalam merawat komitmen kebangsaan, menjaga Idiologi Pancasila dan senantiasa memperjuangkan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Presiden Jokowi juga harus menjamin di tahun politik ini, tidak ada kenaikan harga BBM, kenaikan tarif dasar listrik dan menjaga stabilitas harga sembako yang terjangkau, pungkas Analis Hukum Tata Negara ini.(LUTFI/SERIKATNEWS).
