KetuaKBST Agus Setiyono menuturkan, pelatihan ini diikuti 100 satpam dan 64 HRD atau personalia di perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada Temangggung. Mereka merupakan satpam yang bertugas di perkantoran yang ada di Temanggung, di lembaga perbankan, perusahaan, sekolah dan Rumah Sakit (RS).
Peran satpam sangatlah vital, pengetahuanPPGD harus dimilikinya. Jika ada tragedi kecelakaan atau orang sakit mendadak di lingkungan kerjanya mereka siap untuk mengatasinya, tanpa harus menunggu petugas Puskesmas atau RS datang, ucap Agus disela pelatihan.
Agus melanjutkan, banyak kejadian orang meninggal karena terlambat dalam memberikan pertolongan. Oleh karena itu, satpam harus terampil dalam memberikan pertolongan awal.
Saya ingin menghilangimagesatpam tidak sekedar jaga pintu depan. Tapi saat mempunyai performa yang bagus, melayani tamu dengan baik dan mempunyai kemampuan lebih, salah satunya punya kemampuan kegawatdaruratan, tukas Agus.
Kriswanto, tim medis dari RSK Ngesti Waluyo Parakanyang bertugas memberikan materi menuturkan,PPGD merupakan pemberian pertolongan dan perawatan yang pertama kali diberikan kepada penderita atau korban dengan cepat dan tepat. Pertolongan ini adalah langkah awal sebelum diteruskan ke paramedis, ucapnya.
Pria yang sehari-hari bertugas sebagaiKepala ruang Gawat DaruratRSK Ngesti Waluyo Parakan melanjutkan, dalam pelatihan ini, ada beberapa yang diberikan kepeserta diantaranya; Prinsip Dasar P3K,Penilaian (menentukan keadaan atau kondisi baik korban maupun lingkunga aman untuk dilakukan tindakan P3K),gangguan umum (mengatasi gangguan kesadaran, pendarahan dan pernafasan).
Materi lainya, gangguan lokal (mengatasi patah tulang, pendarahan dan luka),resusitasi jantung paru (mengatasi gangguan henti jantung dan paru),pembalutan dan pembidaian (cara menutup luka dan penanganan patah tulang), pengangkutan orang luka (cara memindahkan korban dengan benar dan aman) dan praktek simulasi (aplikasi P3K dan PPGD).
Sementara itu,Istiqomah Satpam Pasar Rejo Amertani Temanggung salah satu peserta pelatihan mengaku senang mendapatkan pengetahuan kegawartdaruratan awam. Menurutnya, beberapa kali ada kasus orang meninggal mendadak di pasar disebabkan karena terlambat dalam memberikan pertolongan.
Setelah punya kemampuan kegawatdaruratan ini. Saya siap memberikan pertolongan jika ada tragedi kecelakaan di pasar. Saya juga berharap di komplek pasar Temanggung ada poliklinik, dulu pernah ada, tapi sudah tidak aktif. Mohon Dinkes atau UPT terkait bisa mengaktifkan lagi, harapnya.(van/dnx)
