Menteri Desa: Dana Desa harus Swakelola Masyarakat

BANDUNG – Menteri Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Eko Putro Sandjojo menyatakan dana desa harus dipakai secara swakelola oleh masyarakat, bukan oleh kontraktor dalam setiap penggunaannya.

“Pesan Presiden tahun depan (2018) dana desa jangan dikerjakan pakai kontraktor,” kata Eko, saat peresmian Desa Broadband di Desa Mandalamekar, Kecamatan Jatiwaras, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat, Minggu.

Ia mengatakan, jika ada program pembangunan dana desa menggunakan kontraktor, maka masyarakat diminta untuk segera melaporkannya ke Satgas Dana Desa.

“Kalau pakai kontraktor, laporkan,” kata Eko, di hadapan masyarakat Desa Mandalamekar.

Dia menyampaikan, dana desa wajib dimanfaatkan secara swakelola yakni memanfaatkan bahan baku maupun sumber daya manusia di desa setempat.

Masyarakat, lanjut dia, dapat ikut serta membangun dan mendapatkan upah dari program pembangunan yang anggarannya bersumber dari dana desa.

“Secara swakelola 30 persen untuk bayar upah,” katanya pula.

Ia menyampaikan, pemerintah desa mendapatkan dana dari pemerintah pusat sebesar Rp800 juta pada 2017, tahun berikutnya direncanakan akan naik.

Ia berharap, masyarakat maupun tokoh masyarakat dan pejabat pemerintah daerah dapat bersama-sama mengawasi penggunaan anggaran dana desa.

Kementerian juga, kata dia, akan kerja sama dengan inspektorat kabupaten untuk turun ke desa-desa mengawasi penggunaan anggaran dana desa.

“Harus turun ke desa meskipun ada atau tidak adanya pelanggaran, mudah-mudahan dengan kita lakukan itu upaya macam-macam bisa dihindari,” katanya lagi. (Ant)
