SEMARANG – Aparat Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) mengamankan 13 juta butir pil PCC (Paracetamol Caffeine Carisoprodol) siap edar dari pabrik yang berlokasi di Jalan Halmahera Raya, Kota Semarang, serta menangkap pemilik pabrik yang bernama Djoni dan pemilik modalnya, Sri Anggono asal Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat.
Kepala BNN Komjen Pol Budi Waseso di Semarang, Senin, mengatakan, rumah kontrakan yang dijadikan pabrik itu memproduksi hingga jutaan butir per pekan.
“Dengan produksi sebanyak itu, keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh mencapai Rp2,7 miliar per bulan,” katanya.
Ia mengatakan pabrik PCC itu sudah punya pasar dan para pelaku sudah meraup banyak uang dari usaha ilegal yang merusak generasi Indonesia itu.
“Produk ilegal ini dipasarkan ke wilayah Kalimantan,” katanya.
Budi Waseso menjelaskan bahwa aparatnya melakukan pengintaian selama sekitar lima bulan untuk membongkar jaringan itu, yang menurut dia pelakunya bukan pemain baru karena sudah berpengalaman dalam proses peracikan dan produksi obat itu.
“Ini termasuk industri profesional. Ruang produksinya didesain kedap suara sehingga lingkungan sekitarnya tidak menyadari,” katanya. (Ant)
