JAKARTA – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memeriksa Setya Novanto sebagai tersangka kasus tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan paket penerapan KTP berbasis nomor induk kependudukan secara nasional (KTP-e).

“Direncanakan diperiksa sebagai tersangka,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Febri Diansyah di Jakarta, Kamis.

Setya Novanto sudah tiba di gedung KPK Jakarta sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB.

Ia tidak berkomentar saat tiba di gedung KPK, Jakarta untuk diperiksa.

Selain diperiksa KPK, Setya Novanto juga akan menjalani pemeriksaan oleh penyidik Polda Metro Jaya sebagai saksi kecelakaan lalu lintas di kawasan Permata Hijau Jakarta Selatan.

Polisi akan memeriksa Setya Novanto di gedung KPK, Jakarta, Kamis.

“Nanti akan dikoordinasikan dengan Polda untuk kebutuhan terkait lantas,” ucap Febri.

Saat ini, Setya Novanto telah ditahan di Rutan Negara Kelas 1 Jakarta Timur Cabang KPK yang berlokasi tepat di belakang gedung KPK, Jakarta.

KPK telah menetapkan kembali Setya Novanto menjadi tersangka kasus korupsi KTP-e pada Jumat (10/11).

Setya Novanto selaku anggota DPR RI periode 2009-2014 bersama-sama dengan Anang Sugiana Sudihardjono, Andi Agustinus alias Andi Narogong, Irman selaku Direktur Jenderal Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kemendagri dan Sugiharto selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitment (PPK) Dirjen Dukcapil Kemendagri dan kawan-kawan diduga dengan tujuan menguntungkan diri sendiri atau orang lain atau suatu korporasi, menyalahgunakan kewenangan kesempatan atau sarana yang ada padanya karena jabatan atau kedudukan sehingga diduga mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara atas perekonomian negara sekurangnya Rp2,3 triliun dari nilai paket pengadaan sekitar Rp5,9 triliun dalam pengadaan paket penerapan KTP-e 2011-2012 Kemendagri.

Setya Novanto disangkakan pasal 2 ayat 1 subsider pasal 3 UU No 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU No 20 tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas UU No 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP atas nama tersangka.
