DEPOK - KEBERHASILAN pemakaian produk HPAI yaitu Promol 12 untuk pengembangan budidaya tanaman tentu sudah banyak dirasakan orang.
Namun pemanfaatan Promol 12 untuk Budidaya Lele Sistem Bioflok baru akan diuji oleh salah seorang anggota HPAI H. Suhartoto yang tinggal di Jalan Belimbing Blok VI Nomor 55 Pondok Sukatani Permai, Cimanggis, Depok, Jawa Barat.
Turut ikut pelatihan ini yaitu Ibu Irianti, 2 orang wartawan GEPENTA (Gerakan Nasional Peduli Narkoba, Tawuran dan Radikalisme) Endi Harwen yang juga aktif di kesbang,com, dan Zulfikri. D Jacub, juga pendiri Monasnews.com.
Bersama putranya, Naufal Afif, Toto, sapaan akrab Suhartoto ini sudah menyiapkan 1 minggu kolom pendederan lele yang terbuat dari besi dan terpal khusus berdiameter 1,5 meter3.
Menurut Toto, budidaya lele dengan sistem biofolk yaitu merupakan cara ternak lele dengan menciptakan mikroorganisme sekaligus membuat limbah pemeliharaan menjadi bentuk gumpalan kecil sebagai pakan alami ikan lele.
Untuk mikroorganisme, kata Lele, nantinya dia akan memakai Promol 12 yang berisi 12 mikroorganisme. Untuk kapasitas kolamnya, dia akan memberikan 200 gram Promol 12.
Dia menjelaskan, meski budidaya ikan lele, cara ternak lele sangat mudah dan namun juga harus memerlukan perlakukan secara khusus mulai dari kolam pemeliharaan, pakan, perawatan, dan cara pemanenan.
Redaksi melihat bahwa Sistem bioflok Toto ternyata bisa dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan lahan kecil dan sempit menjadi lahan guna yaitu mendongkrak produktifitas budidaya lele dengan padat tebar bisa lebih banyak sekaligus dapat mengurangi biaya dan mempersingkat masa panen.
Berikut tahapan-tahapan yang dikembangkan dalam Budidaya Ikan Lele Sistem Biflok
Pertama, pembuatan Kolam. Agar pengeluaran biaya pembuatan kolam budidaya lele sisitem biflok dapat terkendali, Anda dapat membuatnya dengan plastik terpal dengan pendamping dari rangka kayu atau besi sederhana saja.
Biasanya sistem ini dimanfaatkan petani di lahan sempit. Akan tetapi jika Anda punya lahan yang luas untuk membuka usaha sendiri, bisa juga dilakukan , malah lebih bagus bisa menebar bibit lele yang cukup besar.
Untuk ukuran kolam seperti saya `1,5 M3, maksimal kita bisa menebar bibit lele sebanyak 3000 ekor. Untuk menghindari panasnya sinar matahari dan rintikan hujan, baiknya atas kolam sistem bioflok ini dipasang atap berupa kerangka bambu atau penutup lainnya, yang berfungsi menghindari kualitas dan mutu air menjadi tidak layak untuk lele.
Jangan lupa untuk menyediakan aerator untuk menghasilkan gelembung udara dalam air sekaligus membuat air berputar secara terus-menerus untuk menjaga kesehatan lele dan juga mengatur temperaturnya, ujar Toto.
Kedua, budidaya Lele Sistem Bioflok – Persiapan Air Pembesaran
Setelah tahap awal pembuatan kolam selesai, kita sediakan air yang pas dan cocok untuk pembesaran benih ikan lele.
A. Setinggi 80-100 cm kita masukkan air dalam kolam sisitem bioflok.
B. Memasukkan Promol 12 sebanyak 200 gram.
C. Kemudian campurkan juga pakan bakteri seperti tetes tebu (Molase) dengan dosis 250 ml/m3, dan tambahkan dolomit 150-200 pada malam hari yang dapat Anda ambil airnya saja.
D. Kolam budidaya diisi air dan biarkan selama 7 hingga 10 hari dengan tujuan menumbuhkan mikroorganisme.
Ketiga, Penebaran dan Perawatan Benih Lele. Pilih benih lele yang langsung berasal dari induk berkualitas unggul (satu induk).
Ciri-ciri benih lele yang berkualitas bagus:
- Gerakannya aktif
- Warna dan ukuran seragam
- Lengkapnya organ tubuh dan tidak cacat.
- 4-7 merupakan pilihan yang proporsional.
Kemudian pada esok harinya Anda dapat menambahkan promol sebanyak 5 ml/m3.
Pemeliharaan lele tahap selanjutnya yaitu setiap 10 hari pertama Anda dapat menambahkan seperti berikut ini:
- 5 ml/m3 Promol 12
- 1 sendok makan/m3 regi tempe
- 2 butir/m3 ragi tape dan
- Tambahkan dolomit 200-300 gr/m3 pada malam hari (ambil airnya saja).
Ambil salah satu lele peliharaan Anda, jika sudah berukuran 12 cm, atau sudah 10 hari lagi masa tahap perawatan kedua, tambahkan lagi seperti berikut:
- 5 ml/m3 Promol 12
- 2-3 sendok makan/m3 Ragi tempe
- 6-8 butir/m3 Ragi tape
- 200-300 dolomit diberikan pada malam hari yang diambil air kolam saja
Keempat, Budidaya Lele Sistem Boflok – Pemberian Pakan. Salah penunjang keberhasilan budidaya lele sistem biflok adalah menyediakan pakan yang berkualitas dan pemberian yang tepat waktu.
Jangan lupa untuk selalu mengecek aerator kolam, jika mati lampu atau saluran air macet, Anda dapat menutupnya dengan plastik.
Pemberian pakan yang teratur akan mempermudah pemanenan lele yang seragam dengan cara menydiakan jenis pakan yang sesuai dengan umur dan lebar mulut ikan lele.
Pada umumnya pemberian pakan oleh petani memberikan saran cukup pada pagi hari dan sore hari 500-700 gram/hari selama 2,5-3 bulan lamanya. Dosis pemberian pakan hanya 80% saja sesuai kekuatan perut ikan.
Untuk meminimalisir timbulnya penyakit, alangkah baiknya ikan dipuasakan setiap seminggu sekali (satu hari full tidak diberi makan). Jika mau memberikan pakan, usahakan di fermentasi dulu dengan probiotik. Pada akhirnya akan terbentuk flok dan dengan 30% pemberian pakan dapat Anda kurangi.
Kelima, Masa Panen. Tahapan akhir budidaya lele sistem bioflok adalah pemanenan. Waktu untuk menunggu panen lele sistem bioflok ini pada umumnya hingga umur lele 2,5-3 bulanan. Biasanya 1 kg dapat berisi 7-8 ekor ikan lele normal.
Alangkah baiknya sebelum melakukan pemanenan budidaya lele sistem biflok ini menunggu dulu perputaran harga yang bagus untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih. (Zul & Endi)
