JAKARTA – Kepala Suku Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Barat, Hikmah menginstruksikan Kepala Seksi (Kasi) Pengawasa Ketenagakerjaan untuk mendatangi 4 perusahaan kontraktor swasta yang beralamat di Jl. Kamboja No. 41, RT.11/RW.1, Jatipulo, Jakarta Barat karena tidak mengikutsertakan pekerjanya ke dalam program BPJS baik BPJS Ketenagakerjaan maupun BPJS Kesehatan.
Keempat perusahaan tersebut adalah PT. Kokoh Sumekar Lancar, PT. Kokoh Sarana Pondasi, PT. Kokoh Sejahtera Langgeng dan PT. Mahagatha Jaya.
“Kami akan segera menurunkan tim Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan untuk menindaklanjuti dugaan pelanggaran hukum ketenagakerjaan dan pelanggaran hak normatif seperti yang dilaporkan oleh pihak pekerja kepada kami,” ujar Hikmah kepada wartawan di ruang kerjanya di kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat, Selasa (14/11/2017).
Menurut Hikmah, dugaan adanya pelanggaran hukum ketenagakerjaan dan pelanggaran hak normatif pekerja akan bisa terlihat ketika tim Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan yang ditugaskan ini turun memeriksa keempat perusahaan tersebut. Nantinya, lanjut Hikmah, petugas Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan akan memberi laporan kepada pihak pekerja sebagai perkembangan penanganan pengaduan.
“Jika nanti terbukti ada pelanggaran hukum ketenagakerjaan dan pelanggaran hak normatif pekerja maka kami akan memprosesnya sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,” tegas Hikmah.
Terkait dugaan pelanggaran hukum ketenagakerjaan 4 perusahaan ini, awak media mendatangi Pimpinan keempat perusahaan tersebut di kantornya untuk mengkonfirmasi, namun Ir. Kuswandi selaku pimpinan perusahaan enggan menemui dan hanya meminta Chief Security, Agus Sutoyo untuk menemui wartawan.
Sebelumnya, kuasa hukum dari pekerja Andy Feriano, Toni SH melaporkkan keempat perusahaan kontraktor ini lantaran sejak 2007 hingga 2017, kliennya sebagai pekerja tidak diikutsertakan dalam program BPJS baik BPJS Ketenagakerjaan maupun BPJS Kesehatan. (Akbar)
