monasnews co.idJakarta, 12 Oktober 2017 (Humas Bakamla RI) — Kepala Bakamla RI Laksdya TNI Ari Soedewo, S.E., M.H. memenuhi panggilan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) di Pusat Polisi Militer Tentara Nasional Indonesia (Puspom TNI), Mabes TNI, CIlangkap, Jakarta Timur, Rabu (11/10/2017).
Pemenuhan panggilan dilaksanakan di Puspom TNI berdasarkan kesepakatan antara pejabat tinggi Puspom TNI dan KPK, bahwa jika terdapat tentara aktif yang terkait kasus korupsi, pemeriksaan dilakukan di Puspom TNI.
Pati berbintang tiga itu tiba di Puspom TNI sekitar pukul 09.00 WIB dengan didampingi oleh Direktur Data dan Informasi Laksma TNI Isbandi Andrianto, S.E., M.M., Direktur Hukum Laksma TNI Yuli Dharmawanto, S.H., M.H., dan Kasubdit Data Kolonel (CPM) Sulendra, S.H. Rombongan menunggu kehadiran penyidik KPK di ruang pertemuan Puspom TNI.
Kedatangan Kepala Bakamla RI kali ini dilakukan dengan maksud menjadi saksi terhadap mantan pejabat Bakamla RI yang turut terjerat kasus pengadaan satelit monitoring, yaitu NH. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk dukungan positif terhadap proses hukum yang sedang berlangsung untuk menyelesaikan kasus ini.
Namun beberapa saat setelah Laksdya TNI Ari Soedewo menunggu di ruang pertemuan, dilakukan koordinasi antara Puspom TNI dan KPK, dan membuahkan hasil kesepakatan bahwa penyidikan ditunda karena penyidik KPK sedang melakukan penyidikan lain di lapangan.
Menerima laporan tersebut, Kepala Bakamla RI beserta rombongan undur diri, sambil menunggu jadwal revisi pemanggilan selanjutnya.
