Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo didampingi Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat (Kasad) Jenderal TNI Mulyono, Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut (Kasal) Laksamana TNI Ade Supandi dan Kepala Staf Angkatan Udara (Kasau) Marsekal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto, meninjau Gladi Bersih Upacara Parade dan Defile Peringatan HUT Ke-72 TNI Tahun 2017 di Dermaga Indah Kiat Cilegon, Provinsi Banten, Selasa (3/10/2017).

Tema Peringatan HUT Ke-72 TNI Tahun 2017 adalah “Bersama Rakyat TNI Kuat”. Makna yang terkandung dalam tema tersebut adalah kesadaran TNI yang bersumber dari rakyat, berbuat dan bertindak bersama rakyat menjadi modal utama TNI di dalam mengawal dan mengamankan kepentingan nasional menuju cita-cita bangsa. Bertindak selaku Komandan upacara adalah Letjen TNI Edy Rahmayadi yang sehari-harinya menjabat sebagai Pangkostrad.

Pasukan yang terlibat Parade dan Defile berjumlah 5.932 orang, adalah Brigade Upacara I Gabungan, terdiri dari Batalyon Upacara 1 Perwira Gabungan, yaitu 1 Kompi Upacara Pamen, 2 Kompi Upacara Pama, 1 Batalyon Upacara Wanita TNI, 1 Kompi Upacara Kowad, 1 Kompi Upacara Kowal, 1 Kompi Upacara Wara, 1 Batalyon Upacara Pom TNI, 1 Kompi Upacara Pom TNI AD, 1 Kompi Upacara Pom TNI AL, 1 Kompi Upacara Pom TNI AU. Brigade Upacara II Akademi TNI : 1 Batalyon Upacara Taruna Akmil, 1 Batalyon Upacara Taruna AAL, 1 Batalyon Upacara Taruna AAU. Brigade Upacara III TNI AD : 1 Batalyon Upacara Kostrad, 1 Batalyon Upacara Kostrad, 1 Batalyon Upacara Kopassus. Brigade Upacara IV TNI AD : 1 Batalyon Upacara Yonif Kodam III/SLW, 2 Batalyon Upacara Yonif Kodam Jaya. Brigade Upacara V TNI AL : 1 Batalyon Upacara Koarmatim, 1 Batalyon Upacara Koarmabar, 1 Batalyon Upacara Marinir. Brigade Upacara VI TNI AU : 1 Batalyon Upacara Air Crew, 1 Batalyon Upacara Bintara dan Tamtama TNI AU, 1 Batalyon Upacara Paskhas. Batalyon Upacara PNS : 1 Kompi Upacara PNS TNI AD, 1 Kompi Upacara PNS TNI AL, 1 Kompi Upacara PNS TNI AU, dan 1 Batalyon Komponen Cadangan serta 1 Batalyon Pasukan Lintas Sejarah TNI (hanya mengikuti defille).

Komposisi Pasukan Parade dan Defile, yaitu : 1 Brigade Gabungan TNI Berjumlah 809 (1 Komandan Brigif dan 3 Komandan Batalyon) dengan rincian terdiri dari : 1 Pleton jumlah 25 orang (24 pasukan dan 1 Komandan Pleton), 1 Kompi jumlah 76 orang (1 Komandan Kompi dan 3 Pleton), 1 Batalyon 269 orang terdiri dari 230 orang Pasukan (3 Kompi, 1 Komandan Batalyon dan 1 Pembawa Bendera Pleton) serta 39 Cadangan untuk pasukan upacara bersenjata : Pamen PDU 1 dan PNS Pakaian Sipil Harian + Baret, Pasukan Upacara Bersenjata PDL loreng masing-masing Angkatan. Pakaian pasukan demo sesuai dengan kegiatan demo masing- masing.

Demonstrasi Prajurit TNI. Pencak Silat : 1.800 prajurit TNI terdiri dari TNI AD (Kopassus, Div I Kostrad, Kodam III/Siliwangi), TNI AL (Korps Marinir), TNI AU (Koharmatau TNI AU) dan Wan TNI, menampilkan Bela Diri Pencak Silat gabungan dengan berbagai jenis pencak silat yang ada di Indonesia yaitu Merpati Putih, Tapak Suci, Perisai Diri, Pagar Nusa, Pemersatu Hati, Pagar Kencana, Ciung Wanara, Cimande, Panglipur, Budi Kancana. Halang Rintang Laut Gabungan dengan melibatkan 192 Prajurit TNI AD, TNI AL & TNI AU. Terjun Free Fall Gabungan TNI AD, TNI AL, TNI AU & Wan TNI, menggunakan 2 Unit CN-295 TNI AU dengan jumlah peterjun 72 Personel (67 personel Terjun Akurasi & 5 personel Terjun Membawa Bendera). Terjun Statik Laut Gabungan (TNI AD, TNI AL & TNI AU), menggunakan 2 Unit Pesawat CN-295 TNI AU dengan jumlah 100 personel penerjun statik laut gabungan. Jupiter Aerobatic Team : 8 Pesawat Udara KT 1 B (6 Pesawat Udara Manuver & 2 Pesawat Udara sebagai cadangan) dan 1 Heli SAR Super Puma (TNI

Setelah menyaksikan pelaksanaan Gladi Bersih Upacara HUT Ke-72 TNI sampai tuntas, Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo didampingi Kepala Staf Angkatan dan pejabat teras TNI melaksanakan Tabur Bunga di Selat Sunda menggunakan KRI dr. Soeharso. Kegiatan tabur bunga dalam rangkaian HUT TNI yang merupakan bentuk ziarah di laut. Jadi TNI tetap memperhatikan para prajurit-prajurit yang gugur dimanapun mereka berada karena mereka panutan kami dan mereka adalah pahlawan kami dan sekaligus pahlawan negara ini.

“Ditempat ini banyak para pahlawan dari AU, AL yang jatuh di laut dan tenggelam dan ini yang kami ziarahi adalah tempat-tempat prajurit-prajurit kami yang terbaik yang sangat cinta kepada negara NKRI sehingga rela mengorbankan nyawanya untuk negaranya,” ungkap Panglima TNI.

Sementara itu, menjawab pertanyaan awak media Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo pada acara tabur bunga mengatakan bahwa TNI kuat karena sejarah telah membuktikan, yang merebut kemerdekaan adalah rakyat, itu sebelum ada TNI. “Setelah merdeka, pejuang perebut kemerdekaan itu ada yang kembali ke area masing-masing, tetapi ada yang tinggal di tempat untuk menjaga kemerdekaan ini dengan keamanan rakyat,” ujarnya.

Lebih lanjut Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo menjelaskan bahwa TNI tidak pernah berjuang sendiri, tapi selalu bersama dengan rakyat. Terbukti selama 72 tahun TNI mampu melaksanakan tugasnya segenap tumpah darah, persatuan dan kesatuan bersama rakyat. “Maka central of gravity kekuatan TNI bersama dengan rakyat. Tanpa rakyat, TNI tidak ada apa-apanya. Bersama dengan rakyat, TNI pasti profesional dalam melaksanakan tugasnya,” ucapnya.

Terkait dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pimpinan TNI, Panglima TNI mengatakan bahwa tugasnya secara administrasi tinggal enam bulan lagi sehingga sudah sewajarnya juga kalau seorang pemimpin harus menyiapkan kader penerus terbaiknya untuk melanjutkan estafet kepemimpinan TNI. “Kewajiban saya untuk menyiapkan adik-adik sebagai kader penerus untuk solid antar TNI, solid antar matra, kemudian solid dengan masyarakat dan paling penting mewujudkan kesatuan komando yang sudah ada terus ditingkatkan, sehingga TNI selalu dalam posisi netral dalam politik praktis,” imbuhnya.

Terkait dengan pertanyaan wartawan tentang akhir-akhir banyak isu yang mengatakan Panglima TNI berpolitik, Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo menegaskan bahwa Politik Panglima adalah politik negara, bukan politik praktis. “Saya sebagai Panglima harus melaksanakan tugas saya sebagai konstitusi tidak bisa diluar kontitusi, politik saya politik negara,” tegasnya.

Usai acara tabur bunga, Panglima TNI, Kepala Staf Angkatan, para Petinggi TNI lainnya melaksanakan doa bersama agar pelaksanaan seluruh kegiatan Upacara HUT Ke-72 TNI tanggal 5 Oktober 2017 dapat berjalan dengan baik, aman dan lancar.
