H.SOEKIRMAN, pangkostrad LetjenTNi EDI Rahmayadi , serta ormas Betawi KH.ENDANG ketua umum GEBER(gerakan Betawi bersatu) beserta jajaran Panglima Aike Winston Taulu (30/07)2017. di gedung sasana pakerti Jakarta Selatan .
Organisasi ini di resmikan pada awal bulan Januari 2017 , awal mula terbentuk organisasi ini berawal dari arisan keluarga Perbaungan serdai mendagai , acara ini di hadiri langsung oleh ketua umum kkpsb , Walaupun Ketua Umum Bpk. H. Abdul Manaf Lubis, SH yg berdomisili di Banjarmasin beliau dalam kondisi sedang Sakit, karna semangat dan cintanya pada Ormas KKPSB ini, walaupun dokter melarangnya.
Masyarakat perantauan asal Serdang Bedagai bahwasannya Ada Dimana Mana, tapi Tidak Kemana mana, hati dan jiwanya tertancap kokoh Khususnya di Tanah Bertuah Negeri Beradat dan Sumatera Utara Umumnya tegas ketua pelaksana sekaligus menjabat ketua bidang organisasi dan ESDM ISKANDAR .
